I help buyers and sellers in Brevard and Transylvania County make clear, confident decisions about one of the biggest moves of their lives.

I was born and raised in Brevard. After earning a degree in Housing and Interiors from Appalachian State and spending time in Asheville, I came home in 2001 and have sold real estate here for more than 20 years. Today I work as an independent agent with Howard Hanna | Beverly Hanks from our downtown Brevard office, which means you work directly with me from our first conversation through closing day.

My job is to give you honest, practical advice. For sellers, that starts with pricing your home correctly and preparing it to stand out. For buyers, it means knowing the neighborhoods, the land, and the right questions to ask before you write an offer. Either way, I handle the negotiating and keep every detail on track so you always know where things stand.

When you’ve lived somewhere your whole life, you know what never shows up in a listing description: how busy a neighborhood feels on an ordinary weekday, which roads get tricky in winter, and what really drives value here. I’m glad to share all of it.

Away from work, I love cooking with friends, mountain biking, road cycling, traveling, and spending time with family and my pets.
